I am a fully qualified and experienced hypnotherapist and NLP Master for almost 30 years and I have helped thousands of people over the years for a whole range of issues.
I now offer hypnotherapy consultations via Zoom (free for you), an easy to use online video meeting facility that works on computers, tablets and smart phones.
PLEASE NOTE: HYPNOTHERAPY DOES NOT HAPPEN DURING THE CALL ITSELF.
The call is for me to find out more about your background, your circumstances, your particular problems, and how they affect you in your daily life so that I can tailor make the hypnosis session specifically to fit you and your problems or issues that you wish to work on.
After the call, I then record a powerful hypnotherapy session especially for you, personalised to you and your situation, (with gentle relaxing music in the background) which you can then download to your phone, computer or laptop and begin listening.
You will need to listen (as a minimum) once a day for 42 days (science has shown this is how long it takes for new neural pathways to begin to be built AND old unused ones to begin to break down - leading to new habits and behaviours and thought patterns.
And of course, you will have the recording to immediately fall back on if you ever need it at a later point in time, meanign that you can take immediate action instead of letting things get a hold of you.
